ASRS’ Enterprise Applications and Operations Manager role leads a highly technical team of six system administrators and engineers, primarily responsible for managing the ASRS’ software and applications through industry standards and best practices. This individual will apply proven leadership, communication, and technical skills to guide and assist in efforts related to the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical information systems.

 

 

 

 

The Data Quality Assurance Analyst candidate will work closely with product owners, developers and project managers to define and prioritize testing data requirements. The candidate will add value to the team by validating the data quality, data accuracy, and data integrity by testing various reports and the data sets requested by business users. 

 

 

 

 

 

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Entry level position in computer/network operations. Under general supervision, provides technical support by applying a broad understanding of computer systems products and services. It is designed to allow the incumbent to acquire the necessary skills, training and experience required to enter the classification of Computer/Network Operator. Assists with the duties and responsibilities of computer/network operations, including the operation of a large scale, systems-oriented electronic digital computer mainframe and its peripheral equipment. Responsible for work of average difficulty. Performs related duties as assigned. Advancement to Computer/Network Operator is earned after satisfactory performance during contract period and successful completion of the Computer/Network Operator examination process. The Regional Security Operations Center (RSOC) Lead is responsible for supporting and overseeing Regional Security Operations Centers (RSOC) located at community colleges across the State of Arizona. This role will aid the SOC Manager in coordinating cybersecurity efforts, managing daily operations, and enhancing the SOC’s capability to detect, prevent, and respond to security threats. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and possesses a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles.

 

 

 

 

Training and Mentorship: 

 

 

 

1-3 years of experience in a SOC, cybersecurity, or IT operations role

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.

 

This is a hybrid position, so we're looking for someone who is based in Arizona, and preferably someone who is local to the Greater Phoenix Region.

Salary: $80-92K/year
