Does SunSoft Online continue to support me after I start a job?
We continue our support if you're on a temporary assignment as a SunSoft Online Associate. In this case, your worksite supervisor is your resource for daily work-related questions, while SunSoft Online is available to support your HR questions or concerns. If you’ve been hired for a permanent position through us, we’ll support you for 90 days as you transition into your new job. After that, your direct supervisor or your employer’s HR department will address any questions or concerns.
What do I do when I finish an assignment?
Your SunSoft Online representative will be aware of your status and will continuously work to place you on new assignments. Please let us know if there is any change in your availability, and remember to update your profile to include your recent job experience and any new skills that you’ve gained. How does SunSoft Online protect my personal information?
SunSoft Online cares about your privacy and goes to great lengths to ensure confidentiality. We have a secure system in place for storing extremely confidential information in protecting sensitive data.
What should I bring with me on my first day of an assignment?
First, be sure that you’ve read and are comfortable with the job description provided to you, as well as the policies and procedures outlined in the Associate Handbook. If you still have any questions prior to or during your assignment, please contact your SunSoft Online representative.
What kind of benefits does SunSoft Online offer?
We offer health insurance and life insurance plans for all our employees; W2 employee of SunSoft is eligible for paid sick leave.
When do I get paid?
SunSoft Online's W-2 salaried employees and 1099 contractors are paid every two weeks. Our C2C vendors are paid once a month. All payments are made via direct deposit to your bank account, so your funds are immediately available.
What if I need to cancel my assignment?
If there’s any reason why you can’t show up for work or need to cancel your assignment, contact your SunSoft Online representative immediately so that we can take the appropriate actions.
