FRONT OFFICE RECEPTION: Primary duties include greeting customers and clients when they arrive, maintaining scheduled events, providing direction and assistance, and answering phone calls in a helpful manner. The person will be responsible for receiving and signing for packages. Works well in an office environment ensures security protocols for visitors are followed and directs phone calls to specific departments or people. Creates a positive and professional first impression to show everyone we have a caring attitude. Candidate will be required to drive state vehicle on occasion, most likely be within a 5-mile radius of the office (duty post). No reimbursement will be necessary. Infrequent, but potential up to once a week to cover staff on leave. Travel time no more than 1 hour of travel time within their work shift.

Minimum of three (3) years experience in front office or customer service or financial methods and accounting principle experience.
