The Marketing Production Coordinator will work closely with the manager, creative and program supervisors, graphic designers, marketing coordinators and vendors. Coordinates all aspects of print production jobs including, but not limited to the following:
Defines and confirms print production specifications
Researches and prepares scopes of work, requests for proposals/quotes/bids
Reviews estimates and recommends vendor awards
Initiates electronic requisition process to issue purchase orders
Reviews print-ready files and sends files to vendors
Coordinates scheduling of jobs including communicating delivery/installation instructions
Reviews production proofs from printers for accuracy
Provides proof approvals or communicates changes/issues to vendors
Reviews final deliverables to ensure that they meet quality standards
Resolves and/or escalates production or vendor issues in a timely manner
Oversees any makegoods and communicates any issues and updates with project team
Reviews invoices for accuracy and submits for payment processing Performs other duties of similar nature and level as assigned.
Physical Demands / Work Environment Mobility to work in a typical office setting, use standard office equipment, and attend community events and meetings, with the ability to staff public meetings and lead onsite teams for public involvement and engagement.

Experience and Education Required
At least two years of experience with print production coordination, print and/or advertising project traffic coordination; or an equivalent combination of education and years of relevant experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties such as those listed. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Additional Information
This is a hybrid working schedule. The typical schedule is three days in the office and two days at home. The schedule might need to be adjusted to accommodate workload or project priorities at the supervisor's discretion.
