As a staffing and recruitment Talent Team partner, you will partner with hiring managers to formulate and implement hiring strategies, actively recruit qualified individuals for open positions, review candidate resumes and applications, conduct phone screening, and collaborate with Talent Team personnel to report on positions assigned to you and coordinate the onboarding of new team members.

Experience Required:
Our ideal candidate has considerable experience and success recruiting for entry-level to executive-level roles, but also is familiar and successful with technical (IT) recruitment and can communicate and remain organized with multiple requisitions.
Hands-on experience and knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, preparation, sourcing, screening, selection, hiring, and onboarding
A minimum of five years of demonstrated recruiting experience with a broad/deep range of positions, including three years of technical (IT) positions up to executive level
Familiarity with recruiting software (e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Knowledge of effective hiring practices (e.g. social media recruiting)
Experience Preferred - Public sector hiring experience
Education Required:
High School Diploma
Education Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in HR, business, or other applicable field.
