Duties include general administrative duties such as filing, copying, organizing files, redacting information in files, assisting with incoming mail, answering phones, data entry, labeling envelopes, scanning, and assisting with team meeting preparations. Skills Required:
Familiarity with Google Suite, Word, Excel and general office equipment (scanner, copier, phones).
Ability to accurately input data into spreadsheets/database.
Familiarity with redaction of documents.
Customer skills such as phone etiquette.
