• Provide guidance on and assist with subrecipient monitoring requirements • Evaluate financial data to facilitate disbursement of funds for grants • Provide staff support by developing reports and technical analysis • Manage multiple grants, including the pre-award planning, organization, and preparation, and the post-award administration of various grants to ensure technical, contractual and financial compliance • Provide technical analysis, review and analytical reporting to ensure program and project compliance • Assist with development of technical policies and procedures as required • Coordinate, generate, maintain, review, and evaluate grant applications • Maintain grant agreement documents and correspondence |
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide variety of personnel (including the public, private and public wastewater and drinking water system owners and operators, legal and financial advisors, other state governmental agencies, federal and local public officials, elected officials, WIFA Board members, and staff) • Ability to comprehend and make inference from legal and administrative written materials • Ability to monitor sub-awards to ensure compliance with grant requirements • Ability to develop and produce grants and other proposals • Ability to create, evaluate, and rank grant applications • Ability to communicate effectively in a public setting • Ability to perform technical and analytical research • Ability to travel throughout the state |
