We are seeking a diligent and technically proficient Information Systems Business Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, administrators, and stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
Your expertise will contribute to improving system efficiency, enhancing patient care, and ensuring compliance with privacy and security regulations
Skills Required:
Technical Proficiency:
Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
- Data Literacy:
- Experience working with healthcare data, including but not limited to medical claims data.
- Preferred Medicaid or Medicare experience at a medical insurance company or equivalent work history at a State or Federal level for these programs.
Communication Skills:
- Effective communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Attitude: o Analytical mindset to identify data-related challenges and propose solutions.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare-related work experience.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Strong knowledge of data management systems and analysis tools.
Education Required:
- Prefer a bachelor’s degree in health information systems, mathematics, or a relevant field.
