Skills Required
Customer service Organized. This position includes dealing with a high volume of claims submitted by claimants, including reviewing taxpayer status and history, verifying, gathering and simultaneously updating account detail information in various systems, and approving or denying claims.
Experience Required - One-Two years of Customer Service experience.
Education Required - High School Diploma
Additional Information - This is a hybrid position DOR pre-onboarding replaces FPCC.
