We are kicking off two major projects and need highly skilled Dynamics365/Power Platform developers to assist an existing team.  The request is for a developer to help us to first, improve myPHX311 (our service request system) and then continue with the team to create a new case management system for a City Department. 

The requirements are listed below. Some additional details of the positions are as follows:

• US Citizens only

• Duration:  12-18 months

• Interview process:  1 round remote

• Role is non-supervisory

• Remote work model; must be in the US

• City approved background check required

• Typically weekdays 8-5 AZ time; could be nights/weekends (e.g. go-live)

Microsoft Dynamics365/Power Platform Developer (Microsoft Dynamics Developer)

1. Gather, assimilate and analyze relevant data to help surface and support solutions 

2. Articulate ideas and thoughts in a clear, structured and compelling way  

3. Be result-oriented, assuming responsibility for assigned work and reviewing for accuracy and quality 

4. Collaborate effectively across teams, supporting your teammates and maintaining a positive and proactive approach even in challenging situations. 

5. Participate in technical analysis and create a specification document

6. Develop technical architecture, strategy, and guidelines document

7. Track Development progress and project deliverables

8. Effectively articulate not only technical and design/implementation concepts but also the potential solutions.

9. Perform coding, implementation, testing, debugging, modification, documentation, and maintenance on applications 

10. Respect the Product Best Practices
